Purchase Procedure

To purchase a product from the website, simply add the product to the shopping cart. If you have any questions regarding sizes, feel free to ask via WhatsApp. We will be happy to assist you.

Cancel an Order

You can cancel an order if it has not been shipped yet.

Payment

Payment can be made via virtual POS, PayPal, or bank transfer. We are working to incorporate more payment methods. If you prefer cash on delivery, please indicate this in your order. Please note that this method always incurs an additional charge.

Returns

You can return any product if you are not completely satisfied. You have 15 days to do so. Call us at 964 04 05 73 or send an email to info@mireiasdream.com. You only need to send the packaged item by your preferred method, and once we receive it, the total amount of your purchase will be refunded, deducting the shipping costs paid by the customer. The product must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which it was shipped.

Mireia’s Dream can facilitate returns for Spain, for which a return label will be sent after requesting it at info@mireiasdream.com, and the shipping cost will be deducted from the item’s refund amount.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except for product defects.

For returns made from non-European Union countries, customs duties and tariffs apply, which are borne by the buyer.
